Key Responsibilities :

- Forecasting and tracking business Plan and Budgets Formulate & implement sales strategy to achieve the targets.

- Responsible for disbursal of targets as per the defined productivity.

- Customer acquisition through Company Branches and Brokers.

- Engage with channel partners to build and strengthen relationship

- Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to that geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities.

- Retaining high performers and replace poor performers

- Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.
