We are currently hiring for a Telecommunication Company that is a leader in the telecom vertical.
The offered role is for a Zonal Manager - Prepaid.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Review and define distribution network for the assigned region.
- Review Zone wise distribution reach of all competitors.
- Conduct and improve distributor/ retailer satisfaction score.
- Analyze key strategic and operational KPIs and use that analysis to improve results.
- Identify the opportunities in distribution network and create strategies for growth.
- Ensure market mapping, beat planning and updating of SSTA retail universe on regular basis.
- Oversee appointment of new distributors and hiring of new FOS by zone as per plan.
- Review channel health: distributor ROI, non moving stock, claims settlement, other issues.
- Monitor channel manager and distributor FOS training and certification.
- Ensure beat discipline: distributor point boards, beat books, retailer blue book for top retailers, daily gate meetings, regular SSTA entries and performance dialog.
- Track retail expansion through planned beat storming campaigns by market impact team.
- Monitor relationships and counter share in top industry outlets.
- Review marcom planning and execution effectiveness
- Ensure regular performance dialogs and follow up on action points.
- Monitor distribution initiatives in targeted BTS areas for utilization improvement.
Essentials :-
- Channel management and distribution experience.
- Candidates from Telecom or FMCG industry based in Tamilnadu or is fluent in Tamil is eligible to apply.
