Zonal Manager - Operations - BFS

We have an urgent requirement of Zonal Manager - Operations for Kerala location.

IMPORTANT - Responsible for 40-50 branches which consist of 400-500 staffs. Managing Operations and overall functioning of the assigned branch.

Key Responsibilities - 

- Lead role in the creation of the company's operations plans;

- Management of lending (microfinance) operations to a high standard

- Management of Operations- goals, objectives, and budget to support the achievement of overall organizational mission.

- Responsible for recruitment, training, development, performance management, communication, motivation/mentoring & retention of the entire branch team in co-ordination with HR Department.

- Analysis of competition, products and processes on an on-going basis.

- Act as the main quality controller in client selection, portfolio quality management, product and processes, client protection, area selection and other aspects of operations.

- Ensure full compliance with the existing policies of the company, especially the Operations policies.

- Develop new cost effective marketing strategies to improve outreach Oversee credit and risk control's policy adherence in operational areas Implementing Support recruitment function for operations team Delinquency management analysis and actions forecasting.

- Market trend analysis and expansion projection.

- Monthly Target Setting and projected sales analysis Implementing Cost reduction techniques and forecasting.

- Implementing a strong report management system through regular & transparent data analysis.

- Sales forecasting through client and portfolio growth analysis.

- Strengthen the sense of team and commitment to the mission within the organization.

- Coordinating with statutory regulatory in connection with branch operation Implementing, Monitoring & Reporting other operational works as per the requirement of reporting authority
