Designation: Dy. Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager for ERW Pipe Sales
Experience Required :- 8 - 20 Years
Job Location :- Delhi/NCR (North), Kolkata (WB)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for ERW pipes within the steel industry.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities by researching potential clients, understanding market trends, and analyzing competitor activities.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and technical support to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients regarding ERW pipe specifications, applications, and benefits.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and pricing as needed.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting the steel and pipe sectors.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote ERW pipes and expand business networks.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management, highlighting key performance metrics and sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of successful sales experience within the steel industry, specifically with ERW pipes or related products.
- In-depth knowledge of ERW pipe manufacturing processes, specifications, quality standards, and industry applications.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to analyze market data to drive sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present technical information to clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct market research.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
