Zonal Manager - Lean - Process Excellence - Internet/Online

The Zonal Manager - Lean shall lead the deployment of Process Excellence initiatives at Zonal level and will be part of team driving process excellence initiatives that leads to organization growth, enhances workforce capability and demonstrates breakthrough & continual improvements.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead & own deployment of Seller Apex program for sellers across multiple locations through standard deploying lean framework in North zone

2. Work with close engagement with lean champions to create deployment plan & ensure flawless execution to meet desired targets

3. Ensure initiation with sellers to maintain healthy pipeline

4. Be in sync with MP ops team SPOC to run this program effectively

5. Proactive approach to tackle risks and take a preventive approach for solution

6. Be on top of key metrics & escalate any potential issues proactively

7. Act as mentor / guide for lean champions to develop a motivated workforce

8. This job will require local travel within a metro city up-to 30 % of working days
