Zonal Manager - Human Resource - Pharma - North

Position: Zonal Manager HR (North) - Leading MNC Pharma Company

Role:

- To partner the sales function and regional office in providing proactive, continuous, reliable and responsive end to end HR support in the North zone

- To be responsible for implementing HR processes of recruitment, training & development, career management, performance management in the zone

Requirements:

- MBA (HR) from a premier institute

- 5-7 years experience in HR in a Zonal HR/ Sales HR/ HRBP role. MNC exposure preferable

- Has to travel frequently at least 5 days a month for field work and for connecting with FF force

- Good communication and computer skills. Good interpersonal skills, high level of integrity

- Knowledge of best practices

- Should have a good network. Ability to function in a rapidly expanding result oriented environment

- Knowledge of local language is preferable
