We are hiring Zonal HR Manager for a leading NBFC (Male candidates).

Role :

- Created a platform to scale and establish talent acquisition process in the region.

- Partnered with Senior Management and Business Leaders in aligning employee programs & talent acquisition strategy to develop talent pipeline.

- Built Human resources from the ground up to implementing Human Resource standards, compliance, programs, procedures, Job Descriptions and introduced performance management systems.

- Instituted cross-functional team culture that gave scope to improve employee productivity.

- Identified and implemented numerous ideas to streamline processes in the areas like Job Rotation, Talent Management & Attraction Management.

- Play a key role in the interview assessment panel.

- Established organizational development practice to enhance a Manager to be a Leader. The program was well recognized by stake holders.
