The purpose of this job is to:
- To provide support on all employee life cycle HR processes in collaboration with key business stakeholders within the Zone.
- To work with the Corporate HR teams in executing various HR processes.
- To resolve day to day employee queries pertaining to employees and develop solutions pertaining to employee relations, talent planning, talent acquisition & staffing, compensation & benefits, employee development and organizational change management issues.
- To support & facilitate key employee processes such as the Performance Management and Talent Management agenda for the Zone
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the drivers of the business and the factors that determine its success
- Be part of team meetings and review processes to understand the business impact on people issues
- Ensure quality of hiring as per prescribed TAT.
- Ensure adherence of policies and recruitment guidelines.
- Providing resources & guidance to design, organize and conduct training programmes
- Monitor & review execution of learning calendar and its effectiveness
- Ensure effective implementation of Talent management system (potential assessment, talent segmentation, talent validation, talent review).
- To ensure providing Time Office data to internal & external stakeholders for submission of various statutory returns.
- Support and assist HR in execution of HR Strategies for long term sustainability and enhancing employee productivity
- Planning, organizing, effective implementation & review of HR policies & procedures.
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary actions
- Drive organization processes like PMS. Create awareness and excitement within the teams around the processes. Analyse the outcome of the process and support business heads and HR Heads
- Ensure development process is being carried out and employees are receiving relevant training
