Role : Zonal Responsibility for West
Reports to : AGM - HR Business Partner
Key Accountabilities/Duties :
- Work out a people strategy for the zone and derive new organization design for better governance.
- Guide and drive recruiting process by influencing line manager
- Develop new channels of hiring sources and create a healthy pipeline.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes like leave, payroll, benefits and employee database management, etc.
- Implement HR policies for attracting and retaining the best talent.
- Work closely with functional heads to identify training needs and roll out a training calendar.
- Implement PMS and facilitate annual compensation review and employee development.
- Design and implement initiatives to improve effectiveness of communication
- Visit field periodically to understand and solve people related issues.
- Monitor employee engagement initiatives and maintain strong Employee Relations.
- To roll out initiatives to build a positive brand image in job market.

Qualification & Experience :
- MBA - HR or equivalent from a premier institute
- With an experience of 8+ years in HR function and should have handled an independent responsibility of function
