Will head West Zone for entire HR functions. - Responsible for efficient recruitment of vacant positions across the zone at all level -junior roles to Senior roles by various means of sourcing and also managing campus recruitment. - Managing employee engagement programs for the zone including in house and outdoor programs including CSR for the zone. - Responsible for on boarding process for the new joining in the zone and managing their joining formalities till completion. - Initiation and closure of background verification reports for the cases pertaining to the zone. - Managing local grievances of the employee on a daily basis in terms of salary, attendance, policies etc.
