Zonal Manager - HR (HR Generalist) Mumbai- For NBFC(Secured & Unsecured loans-SBU)

Reporting to: National Head HR

2) Employee administration & support.

3) Benefits administration.

4) Performance management.

5) HR/Labour Compliance.

Job description :

- Responsible to drive talent acquisition for all levels across Zone.

- Partnering with leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness.

- Responsible for managing employee life cycle for the Zone. This includes Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management and HR initiatives.

- Ensure effective coordination with Internal teams -for smooth On-Boarding, joining documentation and external background check process.

- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

- Implement best Operational practices, Coordinate, and facilitate calls and meetings with various teams to capture and drive actions and issues and flag risks.

- Ensuring employee engagement through branch visits, communication meets and engagement activities. Also, responsible for handling employee relation issues and ensuring legal compliance.

- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.

- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and Attrition.

- Ensure all monthly HR dashboards are prepared for management review.

Requirement : MBA/PGDM in HR with 8-15 years of experience as a HR Generalist (Exposure to BFSI Industry will be an added advantage.
