- Create of Robust Technology enabled system & processes to scale-up efficiently

- Technology enabled business processes and monitoring Application development .

- Develop and Implement automated application to Improve productivity of AWL Sales Force through implementation of Sales Force Automation System SFA

- Driven by Leveraging Automation to Track, Review & Improve Performance

- Secondary Sales Automation: Business Transformation & Change Management

- To Have Better Visibility of Secondary Sales and CD Inventory Management

- To Promote Data and Analysis driven work culture
