Zonal Manager - FMCG - North/East

Urgently looking for a Zonal manager - North and East

Qualification : Full time MBA from a reputed institute with experience into channel sales.

Designation : Zonal Manager

Reportees : 6-7 Branch Manager

Reporting to : NSM

Zonal Manager- East will be based at Kolkata and will handle entire East India

Zonal Manager- North will be based at Delhi and handle Delhi, UP and 80% of MP.

Note : Candidates should be from FMCG company.

Responsibilities :

- Define & monitor Work plan of Branch Manager's

- Take ownership & corrective action of persistent competition affected areas, Low Base markets

- Drive effective implementation of HO Modules & provide feedback / suggestion for further enhancement

- Spotting good results and replicating success stories across the zone

- Working with the team in the market, guiding implementation and obstacle busting

- Drive effective channel management by covering gaps in market servicing, Outlet coverage gaps, Gaps in Productivity & Range Selling

- Drive implementation of WSS Gap Report by effective and timely replacement
