KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for overall Business generation in the assigned market through effective Franchisee Management

Draft Plan and roll-out for meeting Enrollment Targets In the market and responsible for timely monitoring of the same

Lead the team of Business Managers and ensure that the Enrollment Plan rolled-out is being effectively chased

Plan ATL/BTL/Activation activities in order to maintain a high brand recall in the market

Responsible for developing & managing an effective and meaningful franchisee relationship In the market

Ensure franchisee business operations are being carried out in the market as per SOPs

Responsible for meeting revenue targets under each revenue head.

Responsible for Enrollment and Revenue MIS
