Zonal Manager - Customer Service - HealthTech - West

- Looking for an experienced professional who will be handling the entire operations and customer excellence for the entire west zone which consists of around 5 states in India.

- Will be handling a team of 15 people that includes account managers and operations executives to drive the hospital and home setting ensuring the revenue growth and customer delight.

- Reporting into the National Sales Head who reports to the co-founder, that means less layers, higher decision-making authority along with higher visibility and exposure.

- Have Presence in Bombay, Pune, and Nagpur.

- Ensure activity numbers are maintained in client's locations and timely payment cycle is followed.

- Build relationship with doctors, HoDs to drive business for the company.
