Position Title : Zonal Manager - ( Cardiac Mumbai, MPCG ) { 2ND LINE MANAGER }

Span Of Control : Covering entire Mumbai, MPCG

Division/Organization : CARDIAC

CTC : upto 20 lacs ( negotiable for a perfect fit ) ; depending upon current CTC, experience.

Base Location : MUMBAI

Reportees : Would be handling team of 1st line managers & FLS.

- Handling the complete business operations for entire Rest Of Maharashtra and Goa

- Responsible for achieving sales targets through effective planning and implementation of sales strategies

- Managing stock requirement forecast, existing distributor management, inventory controls and liquidation.

- Motivating, leading, assisting and directing a team of sales personnel in order to achieve sales target and planning & implementing sales promotion activities to sustain and improve brand visibility.

- Identifying individual training requirements.

- Enforcing ethical values and systems in the job.

- Communicating company policies effectively in order to stream line the flow of business.

- Executing sales promotion activities in order to generate demand.

- Sustaining and improving brand image.

- Handling collection, collation, analysis and presentation of competitive market information.

- Overseeing execution of logistics such as C&F activities, inventory control and purchase order.

- Appointing distributors in new / existing territory in order to enhance volumes and market share.

- Handling the team of MRs and ASMs.

- Facilitating achievement of monthly and annual business targets for assigned area/district/region/zone

- Business development planning, projection, organizing, controlling & delegating responsibilities.

- Disseminating Company's strategies to Business Managers and LE's.

Preferred Industry :

- Pharma ( handling Cardiac product line only ). Only from reputed companies & TOP NOTCH MNCs.
