Job Description:
Qualification: Post Graduate or Graduate in Nutrition
Experience: 5 years
Industry: Wellness, Fitness, Weight Loss
Job Purpose
1. Responsible for managing training, operations & sales of Nutrition (Weight gain, Weight Loss etc) products in all gyms in that region. (details given above)
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Recruitment & training of qualified staff in these locations
2. Overseeing sales activities of Weight Management Program in each gym, including in-gym and institutional sales.
3. Managing all aspects of operations of Various Products including training of staff and ensuring delivery of results to members.
4. Co-ordinate with the senior management for implementation of strategies for meeting sales targets
5. Organize customers events as required
6. Monitor competition in the area and keep information up to date on their offering.
Other details
1. The role entails extensive traveling within the zone, minimum of 2 weeks / month.
2. The candidate may also need to travel internationally for training workshops or to represent the company at international meetings.
Reporting
1. This person will report will to the Head of Operations at Mumbai
