PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Overall responsible for planning, budgeting, logistics, warehousing etc. in the East region - Cost effective timely service to the customers - Inventory Monitoring, hygiene & control - Adherence of process - Legal compliances and risk management - Managing logistics capabilities in -line with current & future needs in accordance with strategy - Responsibility of defining vendor strategy /distribution Overall Responsibility : - Monitoring the CFA Activities Across the Zone - Strict control on inward and outward stock movement - Lead time adherence for servicing to customers' orders. - Handling the Secondary Transportation - Customer services and benchmarks and improvement - Settlement of customers claims and No dues - Inventory hygiene and control - Statuary compliances and safety - Risk Management - Managing logistics spend - Fill Rate tracking of Customer to address RCA in collaboration with Customer, KAO, KAM, Supply Planners. Collaboration with Customer: 1. In Stock: Addressing customer concern on their Key KPI - In stock. 2. Tracking PBNS quantity, chasing appointments and collaboration with CFA for delivery. 3. Collaboration with customer on unloading concern.
