Zonal Logistics Manager - FMCG

- Managing all Logistics and Supply Chain of a zone as a zonal resources

- Heading a team of five to seven resources and managing field team performance

- Coordinating with head office team along with daily/ weekly/ monthly report along with critical performance indices

- Managing Inventory, warehousing and deep understanding on key performance parameters of Logistics functions

- Managing transporters relationship, Negotiation of handling rates and Secondary Freight from warehouse to distributors location

- Managing and Training CFA Employees

- Providing ERP guidance and support to the team

- Following all statutory compliances.
