Hiring for Zonal Human Resource with a Leading Bank position based at Delhi

- As an Zonal Human Resource Person will be responsible for the HR Functional of more then 100 branches.

- Responsible for working very closely with Business Leaders to fulfil the required position

- Will handle a team of Regional Human Resource team.

- Responsible for driving key retention initiative within the organisation.

- Business Partner : Partnering with Business to understand manpower requirements and facilitating the same through various channels.

- Manpower planning and budgeting, strategising Recruitment action plan.

- HR Operation : Handling query related to compensation disbursement of Salary and Advances, full & final settlements, Statutory dues, PF, gratuity etc.
