Position: Zonal HR Manager (South) (Leading MNC Pharma Company)
Role:
- To be the zonal HR manager for the South Zone
- Provide responsive HR support through Sourcing, Selection and Recruitment process of manpower for the Sales force
- Drive employment engagement programs and provide implementation support for all training and development initiatives to be conducted in the zone
- Identify people challenges in the zone, highlight challenges and partner with other HR teams to find resolutions
- Focus on activities that will promote and enhance employee engagement and retention
- To maintain database/ MIS of critical employee information
- To maintain Statutory Compliance at regional office
- To maintain healthy Sales relations
- Role would require travel for 5-6 days in a month
Requirements:
- MBA (HR)
- 7-12 yrs of experience in Generalist HR / Sales HR
- Should have good knowledge and experience in various areas of HR like Recruitment, Competency Based Interviewing, Induction & Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Performance Management etc.
- Should have experience in working in HR in a layered complex sales organisation
- Some experience dealing with IR issues will be a plus
