Zonal HR Manager - West - Pharma

Position : Zonal HR Manager - West Zone (Leading MNC Pharma Co)

Role and Requirements :

- The company is looking for a candidate to manager HR for the West Zone covering employees across Business Divisions, mainly in Sales

- Should have extensive experience in Sales HR

- MBA (HR) from a premier institute with 6-9 yrs of experience in Sales HR/ Zonal HR/ HR Business Partnering in a matrixed organisation from the Pharma/ Telecom/ Financial Services Sectors (preferred)

- The incumbent will work on end-to-end HR functions for the Zone including Talent Attraction/ Training & OD/ HR Business Partnering/ Employee Relations/ Performance Management etc.

- Work alongwith training team to develop training plan based on training need assessment

- Effectively handle Annual Compensation revision exercise for the zone

- Interact with BU Heads to understand HR issues and handle critical employee grievances
