Recruitments:
- Successfully increased the employee strength in the Zone .
- Successfully contained the Recruitment.
- Ensure proper Manpower planning in consultation with business heads & zonal heads.
- Responsible for negotiating and fixing the Compensation and Benefits for the new recruits.
- Successfully implemented E-recruitment system .
Employee Engagement :
- Working towards developing a work culture which is conducive to overall employee growth and development and employee satisfaction.
- Formation of branch based work group committee
- Design, budget and implement Quarterly Strategic meets and Rewards & Recognition
- Managing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Rewards and Recognition .
Exit Management:
- Conducting Exit Interviews to know and analyze the various hidden reasons of Attrition.
- Take appropriate action post exit interviews.
- Lowering attrition through various Retention Strategies viz. one-o-one meetings, counseling, rewards and recognition programs, employee participation, employee empowerment etc.
- Ensuring a timely Full and Final settlement for the separating employee.
HR Operations:
- Manage multiple MIS and reporting system on SAP.
- HRMIS
- Qlickview system
- Background verification Management
- Query Management System
