Zonal HR Manager - FMCG/Pharma

Looking for Zonal HR Manager for one of the leading FMCG/Pharma organisation

Job Responsibility :

- Have to handle complete East region

- Have to take care of Recruitment,PMS, employee engagement activities, Training

Reporting to : HR Head

Will be responsible for handling a team of 4- 5 HRs .

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Candidate should be having an experience in working with FMCG/Retail/ Bank/Pharma Industry.

- Preferably candidate should be on Zonal role.

- MBA from Tier-1 B-school will be preferred.
