Zonal HR Manager - FMCG

Looking candidates for "Zonal HR Manager" Role with one of the leading MNC Client in FMCG/Food/Beverages

Education: MBA/PG-HR from top B School with minimum 5 years - 8 years experience and if MBA/PG from non premier minimum 8 years -12 years experience

Job Responsibilities:

- Incumbent should have very good exposure of handling both (Sales HR as well as Factory HR) role.

- As this role will be responsible for entire zone it includes number of plants and entire business operation includes Sales, Finance and Supply chain etc.
