One of our renowned Client from BFSI sector is looking for Zonal HR Manager for their Zonal Offices in Mumbai / Chennai / Delhi / Kolkata

Position Description

Our Client is looking for a Zonal HR Managers with rich experience in Recruitment, Compensation, Training and Development, PMS, Business Partner, Compliance and Employee Relation. Core experience in Recruitment and Training is a must. This position is located at their Mumbai Regional Office.

Responsibilities

- This role is primarily responsible for Recruitment, Training and effective implementation of HR initiatives for all employees in the Region in order to improve performance and productivity as well as build commitment to the organization

- To ensure continuous flow of competent talent within Zone, managing end to end HR activities from Sourcing to Exit.

- Ensuring robust multiple sourcing channels for recruiting at various levels and Screening the best talent from the available pool to ensure presence of quality workforce.

- Partnering with Business to capture the needs of various stakeholders in order to deliver on time and as per the requirements.

- Meet manpower plan in synchronization with business growth projections.

- Adherence to the Turn Around Time [TAT] for getting the candidates onboard.

- Ensure closure of offers, salary negotiations of the candidates selected.

- Monitor the Manpower budgets, ensure optimizing the recruitment costs in line with predefined budgets.

- Ensure timely delivery of Induction and deliver the HR part in the Induction process.

- Plan and execute the Learning and Development agenda based on business requirement.

- Handle end to end HR activities for the assigned branches.

- Manage the separation process and Address HR queries or concerns of employees.

- Establish personal rapport and trust with internal and external customers through regular communication, delivering on all promises and open communication.

- The person should have managed a team under him / her with exposure to entire gamut of HR activities. The individual would manage the key stake holders and partner with them to ensure business effectiveness.

- The position would report to their Head HR.

- Compensation : Open as per market

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: Minimum 12 Years - Proven track record of success as a Zonal HR / Regional HR / HR Manager preferably from NBFC / BFSI background. Candidate should have minimum 7 years of core experience in HR handling Recruitment & Training is mandatory.

- Qualification: Post Graduation - MBA/PGDM in HR Full Time (Preference )

- Strong in Decision Making and Inter Personal Skills

- Strong English communication skills both oral and written are mandatory

- Strong in leadership and team building

- Ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload

- Ability to lead and guide a team to help achieve business objectives

- Must work well under pressure and tight timelines

- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
