Expectations/ Requirements: 1.Effective Stakeholder management by means of partnering for people-related initiatives & projects, onboarding, employee connect, transfers & exits. 2.Partner with businesses to carve out & drive engagement agenda for the teams. 3.Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction and development of the team Train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and best Practices. 4.Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies 5.Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams. 6.Promote alignment and collaboration across the organization, driving synergy and perspective, demonstrating the common process and consistent messaging. 7.Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organization and people and assist with the change process as the company meets the challenges of hyper-growth and the need to scale 8.Manage queries, issues, escalations, helpdesk, etc. Skills that will help you succeed in this role: 1. Minimum 15+ years of experience in core HRBP role 2. Should have managed off roll employees 4. Strong experience with Compliance and Processes 5. Hands-on with MS Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills. Education: Postgraduate from Tier 1 or 2 Institute
