Job Summary:

As a Zonal HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3 to 4 Regional HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in ensuring effective HR support and strategic partnership across the branch. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Talent Acquisition within the NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) or MFI (Microfinance Institution) sector, talent management, front-line sales hiring, business partnering, induction, and employee engagement. A full-time or part-time MBA degree is required, and the candidate must be willing to work from the office for 6 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of 3 to 4 Regional HR Business Partners, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the HR team.

(2) Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans tailored to the needs of the MSME lending sector.

- Oversee front-line sales hiring processes to ensure the selection of qualified candidates who align with the company's values and goals.

(3) Talent Management:

- Implement effective talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Identify key skill gaps and training needs within the branch and work with relevant stakeholders to address them.

(4) Business Partnering:

- Serve as a strategic partner to branch leadership, providing HR insights and solutions to support business objectives.

- Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related challenges and implement solutions that drive business success.

(5) Induction and Onboarding:

- Develop and oversee comprehensive induction and onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

- Continuously improve onboarding processes to enhance the employee experience and facilitate early engagement.

(6) Employee Engagement:

- Design and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.

- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- A full-time or part-time MBA degree with a focus on Human Resources or a related field.

- Minimum 8 to10 years of experience in HR roles, with a proven track record in talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement, preferably within the NBFC or MFI sector.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of HR professionals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented approach to HR management.

- Flexibility to work from the office for 6 days per week and travel within the zone as needed.
