Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of HR annual/long term plans
- Ensure HR is an integral part of the business strategy
- Build and deliver zonal engagement and retention models for business growth
- Coach and advise business on HR processes, to drive productivity and business growth
- Accountable for the entire employee life cycle for the zone - manpower planning, hiring, onboarding, enagagement, talent management, performance management, training, grievance management.
- Accountable for ensuring statutory compliances in the zone
Skills & Experience:
- 8 - 13 years experience from a premium B-School
- At least 3-4 years experience as a HRBP for a retail / sales organisation
