Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the supply chain finance team within the assigned zone.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture to achieve business objectives.

Portfolio Growth:

- Develop and implement strategies to expand the supply chain finance portfolio in alignment with the bank's overall business goals.

- Identify opportunities for new client acquisition and nurture existing relationships.

Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Implement robust risk management practices to mitigate potential financial and operational risks.

Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understanding their supply chain finance needs and delivering customized solutions.
