Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the supply chain finance business within the assigned zone, aligning with the overall objectives of the organization.

- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, suppliers, and other financial institutions, to drive business growth and market penetration.

- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of supply chain finance professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Risk Management: Oversee the credit risk assessment process for supply chain finance transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of the supply chain finance portfolio, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
