- The role is responsible for acquisition of new relationships for TPD channels (bancassurance and CABC) in an open architecture environment that allows banks and other corporate agents to tie up with multiple insurance service providers.
- The role is also responsible for acquisition of new partners for group credit life business including NBFCs and HFCs.
- Support in identifying, acquiring and activating new channel partners.
- The incumbent is also responsible for drawing business and manpower plans for these partners, ensuring strategic fit and once acquired ensure seamless onboarding along with the respective channels during the initial stabilization period.
Major Accountability :
- Plan for increasing distribution capacity and thereby sales to enhance business opportunities for the zone.
- Ensure improved persistence and profitability of business from new relationships.
- Plan with Channel Heads and Business Head to set a strategic direction
Desired Candidate Profile : Graduate / MBA
- 7 to 14 years of work experience in Strategic Alliances, Partner Acquisition role.
Should have worked in either of the Industry :
- Life Insurance
- NBFC (Non Banking finance Service)
- Banks
- Other Industry (Welcomed)
- Excellent communications with great leadership quality.
