Zonal Head - Stock Broking Firm - South India

We are looking for Zonal Head/ State Head for our client in the stock broking business for South India region.

Can be based out of Kerala/ Andhra/ TN any of the state and managing the entire zone or region.

State Heads should be atleast 20 lacs plus CURRENTLY

Zonal Heads should be atleast 35 lacs plus CURRENTLY

CTC: Competitive and best in industry

Team movements can be also considered

Requirements :

- Presently managing the state/ cluster/ region branches/ team and profitability

- Experience in managing large teams

- Proficient with Branch Dealing/ Franchisee Development/ Sales/ Operations and Risk Management

- Take charge of Revenues and Profits for the regions

- Proven ability and track to build and mentor large teams and team leaders
