Job Responsibilities:
- As a State Head/ZonalHead responsible for Sales (Tractors & Spare Parts) target for the Zones and States of India
- Network Development with existing dealers and other associates.
- Expanding new business areas (new dealer appointment & realignment of area).
- To keep track of distributor and dealers.
- To ensure proper coverage of territory of working dealers by means of outlets & field staff.
- Coaching & development of subordinates, dealers & dealer's team through training & development initiatives.
- Monthly performance review of subordinates and dealers .
- Guiding dealers for carrying out field activities for demand .
- To ensure customer satisfaction & motivate dealers to generate sales thru' service activities.
- To ensure Product Promotion activities.
- To collect Product feedback (Technical, acceptance, price etc).
- Liasioning with banks & Govt. Agricultural Departments.
- Ensuring prompt availability of tractors to dealers by proper forecasting of model mix rolling plan.
- Timely liquidation of over aged tractors at depot.
- Marketing Intelligence.
- Competitive policies, segment wise market share analysis & positioning of new products.
- Implementing organizational policy in all aspects of business.
