Zonal Head - North, Leading Tiles Company Our Client is one of the largest Tile Manufacturing Company in India Position: Zonal Head - North (PVT - Polished Vitrified Tiles) Location: Delhi CTC : 70 Lakhs & Above CANDIDATES FROM THE TILE INDUSTRY MAY APPLY. Role: - To develop sales and marketing plans and strategies for developing business, achieving company's targeted volume growth / profit targets - Manage sales team of large size. Create a culture of success among team members - Managing Large dealer network (present dealer network - 175) and build relations, broad - base distribution network using market mapping. - Identify opportunities for new customer acquisitions. Generate project leads from key accounts, government contractors, and convert leads into business. - To conduct regular meetings with product influencers and decision takers. - Coordinate with HO team and drive operations smoothly for order execution. - Maintain credit policy and improve DSO, resolving issues and maintain customer accounts. - Handling and resolving customer complaints. - Participate in sales promotional activities such as Trade Fair, Architects and Dealer Meets, Mason Meets and organize new product launches. Candidate Profile: - Around 20 Yrs. along with the following traits: - Exceptional communication skills, computer skills, presentation skills - Being aware of market trends, market intelligence, competitors scheme and prices - Sound knowledge of product and production process - Analytical mind - Good leadership skills, commitment to excellence - Result oriented - Team work - Negotiation skills / persuasive skills / relationship building skills - Ability to influence the decision makers - Strong trade contracts with local architects, builders and contractors - Must have experience of large business operations - Entrepreneurial ability.
