Client Background: Its a well-established client and has a presence in the industry since 30 Years, They have there Manufacturing unit in Karnataka and expanding the Factory in other parts of the States. The Product line includes Pre-Engineered Building Systems, High Rise Steel Buildings, Structural Fabrication & Cold Rolled Sections. They have already completed more than 600 Plus projects and has the plan to expand in Abroad also.
Position: General Manager Sales (or) Zonal Head South
Location: Either Bengaluru (or) Hyderabad
Job Role :
- You will be in charge for entire South india Sales & Marketing and reporting to Managing Director, The Job involves of Prospecting of large scale projects, generation of inquiries in the field of turn-key civil jobs which includes Pre- Engineered Buildings (PEB), Metal Roofing & Cladding, Construction of Factories, Institutional buildings etc.,.
- Technical Activities like calculation of heat loads, thickness calculation, structural calculation, etc., related to the above said area.
- Track sales goals and ensure achievement of the same Preparation of sale and pricing strategy for existing and upcoming projects in the region.
- Brand and product positioning.
- Preparation and submission of proposals for large Scale Project Sales negotiations Train, Build and support high performing sales team.
- Networking with Consulting Firms, Architects and other Engineering Contracting firms.
- Review reports of sales representatives to identify those aspects requiring personal attention and support.
- Prospecting of large scale projects (Bidding the Tenders).
Note : You should have hands of experience in Sales & Marketing should have a good network in the south Indian market
