Specification Zonal Head - North Central East

- Heading a team of regional Specifications Managers and Specification Managers/Engineers, guide, direct and give leadership to them in identifying and developing Specifications in tenders with Major industry influencers (Consultants, Architects, Developers, Institutions, Industry, in the assigned zones.

- Identify and analyze Specification & Brand Approval opportunities both from short-term and mid-term perspective.

- To assure the prospects with the sales team to ensure high conversion rates to business.

- Handling Product Segments: namely waterproofing Flooring, repair, Grouting and Admixtures and concrete essentials in major market segments.

- Business development through larger users and Key projects and achieve highest sales for the regions such as North, Central and East by achieving success in key projects.

- Maintain a project pipeline overview by means of appropriate tracking tool, which will facilitate an easier overview and reporting process of key data and hand over of the information to internal stakeholders.

- Drive specification for focused products in line with company strategy.

- Expertise in analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitors' activities, planning & implementing integrated specification solutions, continuously increase market intelligence, update customer and competitor data and systematically report on them through the team. Expertise in client management skills, innate ability to build strong, lasting, and mutually beneficial relationships.

- Promote industry awareness for the Solutions in exhibitions, Seminars, Webinar, and other industry forums where architects and engineers participate. Branding & Product promotion through seminars & technical presentations.

Essential Skills Required:

- BE / BTech / BSc with a proven experience of 15+ years in specification sales

- MBA Preferable

- Proven leadership skills: Should have led and managed a large team of people for 5+ years.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

- Excellent Communication skills

- Strong team/people skills
