Priority - Very High - We are assisting one of our clients into digital insurance distribution for Zonal Head west. - Zonal head shall have 8-15 years plus experience and preferably from Motor / Health insurance industry. Prior experience in strategy or Business Analytics will be advantageous. - The position calls for good exposure in the agency development, partner acquisition and partner activation. - Should be able to handle 100 CR of annual business. - Will handle a team of 100 across the location - Geography to be handled - Maharashtra, Goa, Gujrat, MP, Karnataka - Crafting and implementing sales strategies for establishing agency development to drive Motor insurance and Health Insurance - Identify and create key approaches to build a partner / agency - Planning and setting targets to meet monthly agency partners and sales targets - Creating plan for monitoring and evaluating performance of partners / agencies - Planning and suggesting marketing activities to drive expansion of agency network. Recommending product or service enhancements to improve sales potential. - Developing and maintaining partner and prospective partner relationships - Negotiating terms and growth plans with partners - Hiring, training and managing a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales and profit goals - Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets Prabhat Sharma
