Zonal Head - Sales - LAP/Mortgages - Bank - South Region

We are looking for Zonal Head South (5 states) for LAP/Mortgages for one of our clients IDFC first bank, base location Bangalore.

- The person must have handelled same business line and state/states.

- Handling entire 5 state with DSA and Connectors

- Responsible for Business, Branches profitability and administration.

- Responsible for Entire portfolio, Operations, Business, Collection Efficiency, Branches profitability and administration.

- Product and operational training, support and compliance of policies and procedures

- Accountable for Zone Profitability through delivery of advances budget by maintaining the Weighted average IRR across Retail Asset products comprising of LAP/Mortgages

- Manage the resource productivity in line with the budget disbursements.

- Accountable for overall collection efficiency by maintaining good quality portfolio

- Strategic direction to be provided for achieving advances growth

- Provide Risk control measures by consistently monitoring the branch portfolio quality

- Continuous improvement on business process flow for improving the efficiency in the system.

- New Project initiatives have to be successfully implemented.

- Empowering key performers in each area to develop leadership pipeline to manage various product categories

- Retention of existing clients thru' proper engagement.

- Age should not exeed 43Years.
