- Responsible for identifying and cultivating new strategic alliances and managing existing ones.
- Achieve revenue target for Sales of Regions in Zone.
- Supporting regions in all respect of Sales and implementation of various Sales and Business Plans.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients for continuous business growth and retention.
- Establishing large volume & high-profit accounts and maintaining top & bottom line profitability
- Surpass monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual sales objective
- Activities pertaining to primary & secondary sales, marketing, and business development
- Identify & develop prospective clients to enhance business and close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Make fact-based decisions regarding business strategy to develop the client services as a brand while designing effective and cost-efficient implementation programs based on Client Feedback Analysis, Competitive Analysis, Collaborator Analysis, Industry & Company Analysis to increase market share across all business regions in the zone.
- Adherence to route charts/tour plans and meeting clients as per company directives
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
- Demonstrated sales experience in a healthcare environment
- Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales & business strategy
- High level of financial and business acumen with client relationship building skills
- Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers
- Knowledge of Wellness and Healthcare industry
- Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, web, databases)
Essential: Graduate from a reputed Institute
Preferable: Degree in Business/ Marketing
Experience: Minimum 12 - 15 years of experience in Healthcare Industry
