Zonal Head - Sales - General Insurance - North

A very well reputed General Insurance company is looking to hire a Zonal Manager - North.

- The role is responsible for the P&L of the entire zone

- Developing company's market share in the Zone

- Part of the steering committee

- Recommend new initiatives

- Ensure claims ratio is below the budget and within acceptable norms

- Drive strategic initiatives for the zone

Desired Profile :

- Min 15yrs of work experience

- Must have at least 10yrs experience in leading various channels in Life Insurance or General Insurance

- Should have held a P&L responsibility.

- Must be a Post Graduate from a reputed B-School

Current CTC 40 - 50 lacs
