- Motivate and lead Western region team for function including sales, accounts and operations employees, control costs and ensure it is within the budgeted norms
- Monitor processes to ensure it is Bureau compliant.
- Maintain and monitor the trade relations to the advantage
- Direct and strategize the key development programs
- Continuously improve efficiency and productivity of the key business processes in the function with the objective of delivering the desired numbers for entire western zone and ensuring smooth distribution
- Monitor day to day net sales, maintain effective trade relations, implement and introduce trade and schemes in order to achieve sales targets
- -Motivate and train the team members, provide them necessary support for achieving their targets
- Monitor outstanding compliances in order to ensure that there is timely collections and trade settlements
Candidate Requirements :
- An ideal candidate will be an MBA in marketing and sales management and have 18 years of combined experience in sales, sales management, branding, trade promotion, distribution and logistics.
- Hands on experience in handling unorganized channel partners
