Zonal Head - North
Implement and Monitor strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales, TP and improve market share of company in a sustainable basis. Strategically build Sales Team & Channels for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationships.
Key Accountability:
- Sales Target, Market Development & Penetration, Customer Satisfaction, Team Development.
Key Decision :
- Propose introduction / discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition.
Working Relation :
- Establish an effective relationship with the Sales Head to give inputs / market feedback.
- Establish close relationships with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges.
- Work closely with the marketing department for branding/publicity support at local level. Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of the channel are settled within time.
Location Expertise : UK, Haryana, J&K, Punjab (Geography working experience is Mandate)
