Job Description :

Candidate would be responsible for opening up business opportunities with high value companies/publishers in South india including but not limited to EdTech/K12 publishers/Coaching organizations, understand their demand fulfillment models and sell comprehensive Offset printing, SRDP (Short-run printing), Fulfillment and e-tail solutions.

KRA:

1. Business Development: Conduct research to identify potential customers in existing and new segments and independently conclude sales to finalize deals with customers.

2. Innovation: Create a new set of service offering from existing service set as per needs of customer organizations.

3. Key Account Management: Retain & Grow existing customers.

4. Client Servicing: Handle and resolve client queries & develop strategies for improving customer services.

5. Team Management: Handle a team of dynamic professionals consisting of Business Development and Key Account Management personnel

6. Strong verbal and written communication skills: Good Communication Skills

7. Systematic Approach in maintaining the data/MIS for business decisions.

8. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.

9. Position will require extensive travel within designated market.

10. Must be a good team player to manage own team and coordinate with other Teams.

11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

12. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
