Define the Role : - Develop, plan, implement and drive sales strategy to deliver quarterly business goals for the zone - Establish sales execution goals, develop plans and deliver monthly targets for the zone - Devise and implement processes to upgrade sales competency in zone - Ownership for complete sales revenue, costs and efficiency targets - Hire, train, mentor and drive city heads across various cities - Drive channel health metrics to ensure sustained exponential growth - Coordinate and plan with cross-functional operations, central teams to ensure smooth transactions - Participates in strategic planning with corporate and communicate direction to the city teams - Lead a pool of high performing regional manager and city heads Persona : - 10+ years of experience in sales, business roles for at least 2 years and have lead large teams across geographies with tier-1/II MBA pedigree - Should have built and lead large teams in sales (250+ directly and indirectly), handled a team of city heads/managers with execution excellence in high volume delivery business - Role - Zonal managers/Business head/General Manager/Director - Companies: Telecom/Fintech/Ecommerce handling volume delivery - High level of ownership, execution rigor and span control - Comfort with ambiguity; - Ability to engage and influence people cross-functionally - Ability to identify problems, question status quo, participate in strategic planning and provide solutions
