Role:
Maintain an aggressive contact plan with distribution channels mapped to ensure sales of AMC products and achievement of product level targets
Scanning the market for new business opportunities and new potential distributors Empanelment of IFAs or RDs
Product training to be conducted for distributors and ongoing sales support to be provided for all distributor requirements
Initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development
Support distributors teams for meeting clients when required and closing deals
Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
Ensure maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market share
Recruiting, leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and over achieving individual & group targets.
Identifying and implementing strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting a spirit of cooperation between team members.
Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that allows opportunities for development and ensures high performance among Team members.
