Zonal Head - Premium Relationship

Job Description :

- Responsible for the overall P&L performance of the Zone across Social Service Organizations (Non Profit Organisations, Trusts, Societies, Social Impact, Family Office), Corporate, Financial Institutions, CSR, Salary-Pay Roll etc and any other segment as may be determined from time to time.

- Responsible for Business Target achievement, Bulk Deposits, CASA, Revenue & NOA, Customer Relationship/Deepening, Portfolio Quality, Achievement of productivity for self and RMs, Hiring, Engagement and Talent Management within the region.

Candidate Profile :

- Post Graduate in any discipline.

- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management in TASC, Corporate, Remote People Management, Business Development, Corporate environment, preferably BFSI. Minimum 12 years.

- English spoken and written at a high level of proficiency
