- Zonal Operations head is responsible for providing overall strategic planning, business policy execution and drive regional operational goals for all - Work directly with the National Operations Heads & establish regional long-term and short-term operational, revenue and financial goals as per P&L. - Deliver strong operational performance by providing vision and clarity, and ensuring disciplined execution of organizational standards. - Devise plans and tactical support for regions and other direct and indirect reports to achieve P&amp;L goals. - Lead the budget and forecast process for business segments from an operational perspective to ensure efficient operations (quality and service) and optimum profitability. - Drive succession-planning strategies across regions and be the single point contact for driving operational &amp; regional best practices. - Define critical training and development needs and partner with Training and Regional Operational Teams to execute key recruitment, training, and development programs. - Develop and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with brands - Establish and maintain effective customer feedback mechanisms, rapport, and customer-focused innovation.
