Zonal Head - Operations

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for delivery & audits of services including food, housekeeping, security, laundry, transportation, internet, with respect to timeliness, quality, quantity, staff management and compliance

- Budget management

- Own the P&L for all residences in the cluster and drive overall profitability by keeping a strong control over costs

- Customer satisfaction and complaint management

- Own NPS scores for the cluster and run projects to drive customer experience.

- Vendor Management

- Rent collection

- Implement new tools created by the Technology team and drive usage.
