Zonal Head - Operations and Academics  Industry: Education Services  Role Description: The Zonal Head will be responsible for P&L of the region by leading all Operations, Sales and Academics delivery for existing schools and by new site searches for successive academic years.   Key responsibilities:  Day-to-day operations and management for all existing schools:  - Manage a team consisting of a Dean (who monitors Academics Delivery), Marketing Managers (who carry out sales/marketing for admissions) and Principals (for operational running of schools)  - Administrative / Operational: ensuring smooth operations of the school and resolving any issues that arise from time to time  Academic delivery:  - Parent engagement and interaction to manage expectations  - MIS review and analysis of qualitative review of delivery of Academics  - Content will be provided through a central team  Business Development:  - Aggressive sales/marketing as per defined targets - lead a team of managers and 30+ field staff per school for lead generations and conversions  - Acquiring Schools / finding new location for schools: as part of expansion for successive Academic Years  Desired Candidate Profile:  - MBA in sales and marketing from reputed institute + minimum 4-6 years of work experience   - Preference will be given to candidates who have proven experience of handling an P&L account  - Self-driven and willing to travel extensively on work  - Prior experience in education sector not essential  About the firm:  K-12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading education management services company that operates and manages over 50 schools: 40+ in AP, 5 in Bangalore and 3 in Mumbai this year.
